TEXT: I learned about great meals one Saturday night before Rosh Hashonah. The bakery opened after sundown and we picked up a round raisin challah still so warm the lady behind the counter didn’t dare put it in the slicer. At home the butter melted on it just like that. We sat around the table until it was gone.

  1. I have had posterior tibial tendonitis (tendonitis in the inside of my ankle) for several years. I wear orthotics and do strengthening exercises but it still bothers me, not a lot, but enough that I want to do something about it. I have done research and I think that immobilization is the best way to alleviate the symptoms for the time being. What is the best way to lead a doctor to this conclusion as well?I don’t want to straight up ask for a cast, so what should I say?.
